Suggestions after a Kinesiology session or a recuperation process:
- Keep hydrated and drink plenty of water. This is will assist cleansing the old energies and the assimilation of new energies/patterns to occur within the body/mind creating more ease and flow.
- Listen to Your Body. It’s normal to experience subtle shifts, such as tiredness, emotional changes, or even a temporary increase in symptoms. Rest when you need, restoring your body and resting is important. Nurture yourself. Listen to what your body needs in order to feel in alignment with the new energy of what is being reestablished within the mind/body.
- Maintain a Healthy Diet. Nourish your body with wholesome, nutritious food to support the healing process and maintain balance.
-Avoid Stimulants. Minimise caffeine, alcohol, and other stimulants for at least 24-48 hours to allow your system to recalibrate naturally.
-Meditate. This creates space within the body/mind to heal and regenerate more quicker, further activating your natural bodily healing responses.
- Journal. After a session you may feel as though you need to purge emotions and feelings. This is because the mind/body seeks an innate pathway for balance. Not everyone experiences this, the body will only undertake this process when it is able to work through it innately.
